Getting started
How do I become a CLMP member?
Go to CLMP’s website and sign up today. Once you’ve joined, you’ll be eligible for the Submittable discounted rate.
How do I sign up for the Submittable plans?
Select your plan (annual or monthly) above and click “Purchase.” We'll ask you for billing and basic information to set up your organization account and a personal administrator account.
When am I billed by Submittable?
Billing will begin on the day you purchase your plan. For example, if you purchase the plan on the 10th, you will be billed on the 10th of every month for monthly plans or on the same date the next year for annual plans.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the annual and monthly plans?
You can select month-to-month or annual billing. Annual plans offer up to 11% savings and include more team seats and submissions per month than month-to-month versions of the same plans.
Changing your plan
Can I upgrade from a monthly to an annual plan if I change my mind?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan by contacting our account management team.
What happens if I exceed my submission limit?
The Submittable CLMP plan features unrestricted submissions. Cheers!
What if I need more team seats?
The Submittable CLMP plan features unrestricted team seats. Add a team member by signing in, selecting More on the top navigation bar, and then selecting Team.
The features I want aren’t offered in these plans. Can I create a custom plan?
Yes! Plans with advanced or custom features are available, but CLMP partner pricing can not be applied to custom plans. Contact our sales team for custom plan pricing.
