When a submitter or applicant completes a form and submits it to your organization, that counts as one submission.
Submittable alerts you when your organization’s account approaches 80% of its submission capacity. If you’re approaching your submission limit, you can upgrade your account to a plan with a higher submission limit.
If you do exceed your submission limit, any open forms will automatically become inactive and be unavailable to submitters. The open forms will only go live again after you upgrade your account or on the first day of the next year, whichever comes first.
You will need a team seat for anyone you would like to review submissions or manage the account. There are five permission levels for team members, each with a different level of account and review access.
With basic review, team members can vote yes, no, or maybe on a submission and leave notes. Responses are scored as +1, -1, or 0.
Custom review lets you create custom review forms for your team, asking any questions you’d like in multiple formats like dropdowns, lists, and text fields. Assign custom scoring values to every question.
