Do I need to be a Submittable customer to join?
Nope! All are welcome to join. If you're in a role that’s directly involved in philanthropy or social impact (e.g., grants management, nonprofit work, corporate social responsibility, etc.), we think you’ll get the most value out of joining.
How often will I be contacted?
When a study comes up that looks like a good fit for you, we’ll invite you to participate, but you can always opt in or out at that time. When you join, we’ll ask for your preferences in how we contact you, and we’ll never reach out more than you are comfortable with.
What will I be asked to do?
Every study is different, but you can expect research sessions to typically run between 30-60 minutes, and take place remotely through a one-on-one video call with a member of our product team. Sometimes the session will be a conversation with us, other times we’ll share a sneak peak into something we’re developing and ask for your feedback. We may even ask you to try out a new feature and share how it’s working for you. We'll always provide all the details up front so you can make an informed decision about whether you’d like to participate.
What will I get for participating?
As a thank you for your time and input, we’ll send you an e-gift card after participating in a study (the exact amount can vary depending on the length of the study and level of participation needed). We’ll share this information when we invite you to participate so you can decide if it’s the right study for you. We hope that you’ll also find some value in getting an early look at new features and the opportunity to have a voice in their development with your feedback!
How will you use my personal information?
Any information you share with us is confidential (and we ask that you keep any information we share with you private as well). We will never share any of your information outside of our internal product team and will use this information for research purposes only.
