What to expect
It will be the same, but better.
All of your data will be upgraded to your new Submittable account, so you can continue your work without interruption (even if you're in the middle of your program).
You can expect a seamless transition.
We promise the changes you'll see will be intuitive—but to learn more about what will be different, explore this page and follow its links for videos, help articles, and more details. After your upgrade, in-product tours will point out exactly what's new, and you can join our next live webinar (or watch on-demand anytime).
Your account will take a quick pause.
During your upgrade, your account will be locked. For the vast majority of customers, this will last less than five minutes. If a user, reviewer, or submitter visits the site during this time, they’ll see a message inviting them to try again in a few minutes.

We are currently upgrading customers in batches. When your turn is coming up, we'll let you know via email and with a banner you'll see when you're signed in. If it's a particularly busy moment, you can defer until November 16, 2021. (Beyond November 16, 2021, we will discontinue performance monitoring on the legacy form engine.) Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests to schedule your upgrade.

Set date ranges, number formats (like percentage or currency and minimum/maximums), and validate responses such as email to avoid typos.

Customize labels and branch names for enhanced usability.
Flexible fees and payments
Add optional or required fees to many question types, including file uploads.
Improved Workflows
Across the platform, benefit from workflow enhancements:
Projects
Add initial, review, and other forms to your Project. You can reuse all forms as needed.
Review Workflow
Create a review stage and choose the type of review needed. Even create multiple stages* of review.
Eligibility screening
Use Eligibility Forms* to screen applicants for your criteria before they get to your initial form.

Allow submitters to collaborate in real time.
Charity Check
Pull data on nonprofit organizations provided by Candid (formerly Guidestar).
Shareable Reviews
Optionally share reviews with applicants.
