He's supported hundreds of government agencies through large-scale grant programs, including the wave of emergency and recovery funding that followed the pandemic. Alex also owns a small business, who received grant funding during Covid-19, and understands the importance grants have on local communities.
Carson Phillips is a Senior Manager at CohnReznick with more than 13 years of experience helping public-sector and nonprofit organizations design, fund, launch, and manage complex federal grant programs. She brings practical experience across the full grant lifecycle; including application strategy, compliance infrastructure, subrecipient oversight, reporting, and closeout. She has a focus on building grant management systems that are both compliant and usable for communities delivering services on the ground.
