Steal This Idea: Real-world AI Strategies for Grantmakers (Part 2)
Thursday, November 19 at 1:00pm ET
AI presents a huge opportunity for grantmakers. The big question is how to fold it into your work responsibly and strategically. Right now, one of the best ways to realize that potential is by learning from grantmakers who are already doing it.
This three-part series steps through every level of the adoption process—from experimentation all the way through governance and organizational infrastructure.
Each live episode features a case study of a grantmaker already using AI in their work.
Part 2: Turn AI Experimentation Into Practice
What happens when AI experimentation starts spreading? This session examines how organizations can learn from early adopters and turn scattered AI use into intentional practice without shutting experimentation down.
This live episode explores:
- Learning from existing staff experimentation and AI champions
- Identifying governance gaps and decision rights
- Diagnosing needs before adding new governance structures
