Submittable provides analytics and reporting dashboards accessible from the top menu or from within any program. The Organization Summary dashboard serves as the central location for reporting with pre-built views that require no setup. The Applications and Reviews tab displays totals, monthly trends, and reviewer progress. Additional tabs include Awarding, Post Awards, Financials, and Compliance, each populated with program data. Dashboards can be downloaded as PDF files, either in full or with specific visualizations selected. A Present mode opens dashboards full-screen for live presentation during board meetings or team reviews, with visualizations displayed on slides that can be tabbed through. Users can create custom dashboards tailored to specific tracking needs, such as a Finance Dashboard. Multiple visualizations can be added to each custom dashboard. Dashboards can be shared with team members with configurable permissions to either edit or view only.
