This Submittable Referral Program offered by Submittable Holdings, Inc. (the “Program”) allows customers to earn rewards for recommending others to sign up for services from Submittable. The Program also allows referred customers to earn rewards.
The following Program Terms and Conditions contain important information about participation in our Program, so please read them carefully. These Program Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between Submittable and anyone who chooses to participate in the Program and will govern your participation in any and all Program offers. You are not authorized to participate in the Program if you do not agree to the Program Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
Subject to the below details, for each New Customer an Existing Customer refers, the Existing Customer will receive credit for one month of service or credit for $750 whichever is less, capped at $750 in a single calendar year (a “Credit”). Existing Customers making referrals can qualify for multiple Credits if they successfully refer multiple New Customers; however, the maximum amount of Credit any one customer can receive in one calendar year is $750, regardless of the number of referrals. Also, New Customers will receive a Credit.
Here are the details:
Referrals and Credits
For referrals from Existing Customers on subscription plans with an annual value of more than $1,500: - For both the New Customer and Existing Customer to qualify for Credit, the New Customer must commit to a contract valued at over $2,500 per year.
For referrals from Existing Customers on subscription plans with an annual value of less than $1,500: - The above $2,500 minimum value does not apply to referrals made by Existing Customers on plans with an annual value of less than $1,500. - Existing Customers on self-service plans including, but not limited to Submittable’s Basic, Starter, Boost, Professional, and Premium packages can qualify for a free month for referrals of a New Customer. - However, a New Customer that purchases and pays for Submittable’s Basic package, must use and pay for Submittable’s services for six months before either the Existing Customer or New Customer is eligible to receive Credit.
The Credit: - For Existing Customers, each Credit shall be applied to the invoice that follows the Existing Customer’s eligibility for the Credit. - For New Customers, the Credit shall be applied to the New Customer’s initial invoice, provided the New Customer is otherwise eligible. - For referrals from Existing Customers on subscription plans with an annual value of more than $1,500, each the Existing Customer and New Customer become eligible the month after the New Customer’s initial invoice. - For referrals from Existing Customers on subscription plans with annual value less than $1,500, each the Existing Customer and New Customer become eligible the month after the New Customer’s initial invoice, unless the New Customer purchases Submittable’s Basic package, in which case, each the Existing Customer and New Customer become eligible the month after the New Customer pays its sixth monthly invoice. - Existing Customers that qualify for a Credit may apply the Credit to Submittable’s other services by consulting Existing Customer’s account manager.
After an Existing Customer referral becomes a New Customer, the Existing Customer making the referral will receive a Credit added to the invoice after the Existing Customer becomes eligible for the Credit, equivalent to one (1) month of service, but not to exceed $750. For example, a $12,000/year deal will only receive a $750 Credit, even though a month of service under such a plan costs $1000.
After a potential New Customer becomes a New Customer, the New Customer will receive a Credit added to the invoice after the New Customer becomes eligible for the Credit, equivalent to one (1) month of service, but not to exceed $750. For example, a $12,000/year deal will only receive a $750 Credit, even though a month of service under such a plan costs $1000.
Existing Customers making referrals can qualify for multiple Credits if they successfully refer multiple New Customers; however, the maximum amount of Credit any one customer can receive in one calendar year is $750, regardless of the number of referrals.
For example, an Existing Customer with a $2,400/year annual contract refers two New Customers, that Existing Customer will receive a $400 Credit (two months’ worth of Credit; 2 x $200).
For example, an Existing Customer with an $8,000/year annual contract refers two new customers, that Existing Customer will receive a $750 Credit (two months’ worth of Credit; 2 x $666.67 = $1,333.34, which exceeds the $750 maximum).
Existing Customers may make referrals via Submittable’s Referral Program Page found at www.submittable.com/invite.There, Existing Customers may input a potential New Customer’s information. Submittable will send an email to the potential New Customer with information about this Program. If a New Customer prefers to reach potential Existing Customers on its own, Existing Customers may forward a potential New Customer URL, and Submittable will provide such Existing Customers with suggested language to use at such Existing Customer’s option. In either event, the potential New Customer will access the potential New Customer URL and provide Submittable details about how they were referred to Submittable.
If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is invalid, void, or unenforceable) will be struck from these terms, and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
