You can opt for a month-to-month or yearly subscription (1 month for free on annual plans). We make it simple to start and stop your service at any time.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
We'll ask you for basic information to create the organization account and a personal account for an administrator. In a few minutes you'll be creating your first call for entries. If you provide a phone number, a customer support specialist will call to offer help and an optional walk-through over the phone.
can I download submittable?
No, Submittable is a web service that you can access from all of your devices. IT knowledge is not required. Your data is your data, stored on a secure cloud server and easily downloaded if you should find it necessary.
What is the Credit Card Number Needed For?
We'll collect credit card information at signup. You'll have two weeks to decide if Submittable will work for you. Our customer support staff is eager to help you get set up to receive and review submissions and will contact you to offer help and an optional walk-through over the phone. Your first subscription payment will be charged at the end of your trial period. Cancel your account prior to the end of your two week trial by downgrading in the admin or sending an email to cancel@submittable.com

Can I switch Plans?
Switch plans any time by logging in to your Account and going to Settings ---> Profile. Click the Change My Plan button on the right. When you upgrade you are instantly upgraded to the higher plan and a charge is applied to your credit card. A prorated credit is subtracted from the new subscription payment for unused funds from your prior payment. When you downgrade you are instantly downgraded, but you don't begin paying the lower rate until the next month's bill.
Can we get a refund?
Charges are non-refundable, but once you cancel you will never be charged again. We don't have long-term contracts, signup or termination fees. Just pay as you go and cancel when you're done. Please see our Refund Policy for further details.
How Do We Accept Payment For Submissions?
It couldn't be easier. No merchant account required. Enter your submission fee options for each submission category and Submittable will collect and send submission fees to you at the beginning of each month. Submittable charges a 99 cent plus 5% transaction fee. For example, for a $25 submission fee, What your organization will receive per submission: $22.76

$25.00 - $2.24 fee (includes all payment processing fees).
